At Inside Football, we listen to what our readers have to say. As such, we’ve slightly restructured our subscription options WITHOUT raising prices for 2008, and have added a few more options to assist those of you who expressed a desire to subscribe, but were concerned about the pricing.
The return of discounted subscriptions for e-mail/on-demand delivery. We hope that reader will take greater advantage of our
e-mail / on-demand service option. You not only receive your regularly scheduled issues right to your e-mail box, but you can login to a private subscriber area to download and read the issues in your choice of ASCII text, HTML or PDF format (PDF is like getting the hard copy issue in your hand instantly!)
The restructuring (and expansion) of our off-season package. We’ve combined our off-season package and our summer package into one 12-issue block (seven monthly off-season issues, one training camp report, and the four preseason post game reports). No one covers the Giants off-season and summer camp the way Inside Football does. If you’re looking for a run down on every player in camp from the rookie mini camp right through the pre-season, then this is the package you'll want to get.
Payment Installments. Spread your subscription fee over three monthly payments. See the information below for more details.
Monthly Subscriptions. For those who want to tailor their coverage to specific months and /or issues, we recommend our monthly subscription option. For one low per monthe, you get any and all content published that month (excluding any playoff coverage) with no minimum term — cancel anytime you wish. This subscription option is the perfect way to customize your desired coverage.
The following is our pricing structure for 2008; this is followed by some additional important information in our Frequently Asked Questions section. Please read this information carefully; if you have any questions after reading it, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Playoff coverage is NOT included with any of the packages listed below and would be a separate subscription. This practice is IDENTICAL to what the Giants emplyo regarding their season tickets. They bill subsribers for the season and if they make the playoffs, they bill subscribers for a separate subscription. Like the Giants, we do the same because we don't know from year to year if the team will qualify for post season. We appreciate your understanding of this practice.

All monthly subscriptions will be handled through the PayPal service. Your PayPal account will continue to be debited $12.95 per month (every 30 days) until such time you choose to cancel.
When subscribing to the monthly service, please note that we ask for a shipping address so we can set up your login account; you will not actually receive anything shipped to you via U.S. mail.
TO LOGIN: Your USER ID will be your first and last name, all lowercase, no spaces. e.g. patriciatraina; your PASSWORD will be your five-digit postal code.
All new accounts must be manually activated before you can login to the subscriber area. We continuously update our database throughout the day and into the evening, so your patience is appreciated while we make these updates.
Monthly subscriptions do not include playoff coverage.

Q: Why doesn’t my subscription include playoff coverage?
A: Because we don’t know in advance if the Giants will qualify for the post season. We realize that this decision hasn’t sat well with some people in the past, but consider the fact that the Giants themselves don’t include the cost of playoff tickets in their annual invoices to subscribers because like us, they don’t know whether they’ll qualify for post season. As such we follow the same model; we will offer a post season coverage package if the team qualifies. Our playoff coverage is optional.
Q: I just found you’re web site and I want to subscribe, but it’s in the middle of the year. Do you offer pro-rated subscription plans?
A: Inside Football offers open subscription enrollments, which means you can sign up any time using our monthly subscription option.
Q: I need to change my e-mail address / mailing address. What do I need to do?
A: Please complete our subscriber services form as this will ensure we get your request. Please do not send an automated form that comes with your new service ecause we need a name to match with the email addresses.
Q: I signed up for e-mail delivery but decided I want to get print delivery instead. What do I need to do?
A: Contact us; there will be a prorated additional charge to switch back to print delivery (this covers the additional cost involved with the printing and mailing of a hard copy issue).
Q: I want to get both print and e-mail delivery. What option should I choose?
A: Please select the print option so that the cost associated with printing the newsletter, envelope and the postage are covered.
Q: I'm a current subscriber. How can I find out when my subscription ends?
A: Please complete our subscriber services form and allow up to one day for a response.
Q: I need to speak to a subscriber services representative. When is the best time to call?
A: You may call us at (732) 239-8533 any time; however, please be advised our office hours vary, and at certain times during the year, we experience greater call volume than usual. If you get our voice mail, please leave a message with your phone number; someone WILL get back to you within a business day if not sooner.
